i recently had the pleasure of interacting with the support team and i must say they exceeded all my expectations. from the moment i reached out with my inquiry i was met with professionalism

Very good customer service so far...

I had issues with the carousel in the home page. I had to contact support twice. They replied right away and they solved the issues. They also helped me with the layout set up.

So far so good.
Was looking fro a replacement fro Shopify Reviews and is working fine.
Contact support for a little hiccup we had, still waiting to see if the fix they did works.

Still a bit early for me to give a higher rating.

Good app and responsive help, however the display of the reviews is not very customizable at all, and in my opinion it looks quite bulky at the bottom of a product page.

I would rate it a 5, but the app is a bit tricky to understand. lots of crazy steps, but it's good for what I need.
