After I install the judge.me plugin to my store, Im still confuse how to do the configurtaion, then Judge.me support named Ron offer me the support immediately. I'm blown away by their service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the technical support I received. The representative went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and effectively. Very easy installation process! I got stuck when it came to installing the review widgets because I slightly misunderstood the instructions. But there was someone immediately available on live chat who just did it for me. Only took a few minutes to resolve. Best customer service I've had!

I had a small CSS glitch. They very very quick to fix the code and figure a way to resolve my issue. If everyone had support as efficient as judge.me we would be in a perfect world.

Nowadays customer service via a human is UNHEARD of. including SHOPIFY!!! If I could give Cesar 10 stars I would! He was so patient with me. I had to install the app, add the code to the theme and export/import reviews from an existing app and he was there every step of the way. Ten ********** for Cesar!! I have 2 other stores on Shopify that I will install this app on as well.
