I contacted Judge .me for support when I couldn't see any of the reviews on my website after exporting them from another Shopify App that was no longer supported. Andrew sent me a reply pretty much immediately and even offered to do the necessary steps (installing the widgets) to make it work on my website. I have given him access and it was done on the same day. Wow... I'm really amazed at the service and super fast response from that company. Indeed outstanding!
