This app has really helped my business grow. I suggest the awesome plan because there's more flexibility, but as long as you have amazing clients and awesome customer service, you'll be happy with this app.
I do wish it was a bit easier to navigate on mobile devices, but it's not the end of the world!

I just got the app set up, but I couldn't figure out how to connect the widget. Thankfully, a customer service representative assisted me promptly. Not only did he quickly resolve my issue, but he also personalized the widget with my logo and adjusted the colors to match my brand. His kindness and efficiency made the whole experience incredibly smooth. I'm truly thankful for his excellent service and attention to detail.

Judge.me is amazing. It has everything you could possibly want from a review app. It's amazingly easy to set up. But wait... the best part... The customer support is incredible. Literally every single time I speak with their support staff (for updates or random questions), they go above and beyond. They are all smart and answer your questions very thoroughly. They WANT to help. What more could you ask for? Not only is it MUCH better than Yotpo, much less expensive than Yotpo, but the team at Judge.me actually help you!!! My most recent support person, Hoang, absolutely crushed it. Thanks for a great product and wonderful service.

App is really great. Its new interface allows you to easily access all settings. I would also like to thank Soufiane for helping me with all the design changes. The only thing missing is that you cannot edit the translations of all the texts of the application yourself. However, the support team helps in this regard.

The team has always provided speedy and seamless communication. Faissal, in particular, is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. I'm thrilled they offer the UGC feature, making it easier to work and build with just one app. The reviews look amazing too, download the app you won't regret it.
