Nice app and super service team
I can only change 30 charakters so i cant translate reviews by myself and the aliexpress translator is trash
We're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. The reason for the 30 character limit for edits is to ensure that reviews can't be modified to maintain the authenticity of the reviews. This is in accordance with Shopify's guidelines as well.
Unfortunately, for reviews imported from AliExpress, they are automatically translated by AliExpress. Very happy so far, the app on mobile screens was a little too wide for the screen but I contacted the help team and they have it fixed and edited the website code in a half hour, very impressed!
