Judge.me Product Reviews App

I really like this app. I tried three other review apps before I found this one. They didn't work for me for various reasons.

This one works for me because
--good, step-by-step directions for set-up and use
--good price
--good customer service

I love that I can automate my follow-up emails and I also love that the app will gives a badge for verified purchases.

Really a great app. Easy to customize and use.

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Absolute top rate support. Judge Me came up with a temporary fix to a problem and also helped me set up lots of things including importing reviews from a previous review site. Omar then went above and beyond helping me customise and tweak so that it all matched our branding. Highly recommend!

Affordable and responsive, very customizable. I went through three or four apps to get to this one and I should have just started here like Reddit said.
