I was having some trouble and reached out to support. I immediately received a note back....that doesn't usually happen! Then, the most polite, helpful and wonderful service followed. They responded so quickly and really wanted to resolve the problem fast for me, which they did. You can get a feel for an organization if you talk to more than one person in that organization.
