Judge.me Product Reviews App

Really happy with the app and the support. It has taken a bit of work to set it up exactly how I want it but now its there it runs smoothly. I have chosen the paid plan as I needed some of the functionality like the product groups. But actually getting all the extras on the paid plan has made it really worth while. So far so good!!

I love this app, it increases my conversion rate and its really easy to get reviews when you offer a discount! :). Staff is supper friendly and helpful to incase you have something random you want to change.

Pretty easy to setup. Good at collecting my reviews and displaying them in the product pages automatically.
Even with the free plan - it gives a small shop enough to collect and display good reviews - which is important to smaller, especially new shops, to build credibility with potential customers.
Often times, positive reviews will give a new shop the conversions they need!
I'd recommend this to any level of shop user!

Like the app. And got excellent service. 10:40 PM local time, a bot starting the process, prepped me for Customer Service. Case handled in a few minutes.

It is good! Learning the app slowly - it provides ability to customize. I do need a bit of hand holding but the support is awesome and they are great to work with. Very responsive and also helpful.

Brian has gone out of his way to help. he sent me instructions but then I couldn't follow them as I'm not at all technical so he ended up doing it for me which i greatly appreciate :) thanks so much

Very simple product to implement and use, but no less powerful for that. Support is quick and solutions completed as you watch. Has made it easy for us to gather and manage reviews and just a pleasure to work with.
