هذا التطبيق ممتاز وسهل الاستخدام، كما أن عملية التثبيت والإعداد كانت بسيطة جداً. عرض تقييمات العملاء يبدو احترافياً داخل المتجر.
أشكر فريق الدعم بشكل خاص، رغم أنني لا أعرف اسم الشخص الذي ساعدني، لكنه كان صبوراً جداً وشرح لي الخطوات خطوة بخطوة، وكان سريع في الرد.
تجربتي كانت رائعة وأنصح بهذا التطبيق لجميع أصحاب متاجر شوبيفاي.

Works well for my needs, but I'm not sure there is a lot of support for the free plan as there is a lot of available date that is pay only. It's okay, I don't need the rest as I have other apps in place, but the cost to pay for these other Judge.Me services is prohibitive for our little online business.

Sehr übersichtliches und zuverlässiges Bewertungstool. Die Integration in Shopify war unkompliziert und die Darstellung der Bewertungen wirkt professionell und vertrauensfördernd. Besonders gut gefällt uns die Flexibilität bei der Anzeige und Verwaltung der Reviews. Der Support ist schnell und hilfreich. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Shops, die Bewertungen sinnvoll nutzen möchten.

And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost.

Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.

First time using this and ran into a small niche problem during setup. Reached out for support, and got this nice little AI bot that actually understood me pretty well and didn't feel "bot-y", but my problem was too niche.. and the bot struggled a bit.

Very quickly the AI gets cut off. Brian pops in, verifies the problem, and offers a suggestion to bring my idea to life in seconds. I really appreciate the urgency and attention he brought to my chat the moment he saw the AI falling behind.

I had a fantastic experience with judge me support. Daniel was incredibly helpful when I was struggling with a few of my product listings. He walked me through the process and then took care of everything for me. I really appreciated his support and quick response. Highly recommend.

I used this app for years, and then I tried switching to another one because it promised to do so much. Long story short, I came back to Judge.me. It works better. The free version is great, but I'm upgrading because of the benefits at such a reasonable price.

Great support as always. We've been using Judge.me since 2017 and all our stores have relied upon it to deliver a great customer UI/UX.
