Super fast customer service. Efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend working with judge.me

First day setting up and had an basic display issue with a feature. Emailed the support team and they wrote back having fixed it within a crazy short time frame, and it's Saturday. Very happy so far.

Just set up this app on my shopify acct and before I had even gotten 2 steps into installation, customer service popped up asking me if I would like to have them take care of it for me! Within minutes he had the app installed and offered to (and then took care of) changing the review buttons to match the theme of my page and add to not only the items themselves in the shop, but the collections as well! What service! Thank you!

Thought it would be complicated to fix and to communicate but the help was amazing quick and i my problem was understood very easily.

I give Ron 5 stars for helping me with implementing Judge.me Product Reviews into my store. There is a free plan for people who are just starting out and have not earned any money yet and Ron was very friendly and helpful in getting our app set up free of charge.

We had quite a hard time figuring out how to Import the review data that we previously had. However, upon moments of asking for help, the amazing Ron came to our rescue. He helped import the files directly, and now it is working with no problem.

Just a shout-out to Ron, he was such a great help, he got straight to the point and solved it within minutes. Judge.me, the app, meanwhile, was the one we opted for, seems simple, and the UI is simply what we were looking for.

excellent customer service

I've been using Judge.me on 6 shopify stores for a few years now. The app is great and so is their customer service. Victor was especially helpful with using the custom forms option. Highly recommended!
