The customer support reached out to me as soon as I opened the app for the first time. They helped me with all my questions and helped me get started.

Love the functionality, that it is only applicable for customers who have ordered to avoid fake reviews. I'm on the free version and it works well. Chat Desk always answers immediately and solves the queries straight away. (Thanks Christian!)
