Judge.me Product Reviews App

Thank you for the support team especially Carlos for helping me figure out configurations with Judge me app. Highly recommend to use this app! So useful and makes your shop stand out!

So far it's great! I can't believe how many features are included in the free version. It's awesome!

The customer service was super amazing, fast, and easy. The set up was done in no time. I had questions and Nouhaila fixed it super fast. I highly recommend judge.me to your site for reviews.

UPDATE: Apparently the team behind this app wasn't satisfied with a 4-star review, haha. They called me on the phone to discuss and resolve the issue described below. I am a happy customer. 5 stars!

Excellent support team. They're always online and respond quickly.

I have had some trouble with customer complaints, though. Sometimes when customers leave a review, they use a nickname that hides their first and last name. However, for some odd reason, Judge.me will (in some cases) still use their first and last name. I believe it has something to do with the customer clicking on a Judge.me email and their name being revealed through that. I was not satisfied with Judge.me's answers to my questions on this issue, and there wasn't a real solution.
