For some reason, my reviews were showing up in triplicate. Cassiano almost immediately fixed this for me and also sent me a screen shot of how to move the reviews to a new location on my product page. And I have the free version...

We needed a replacement for Shopify's Review app and needed it in a hurry. Setting up Judge.me seemed a bit confusing, but their support team came to the rescue and everything was up and running smoothly in no time, including the import of thousands of existing reviews from Shopify.
