Im new to this shopify stuff, so I youtubed a few review apps to help me get some review intergration in my store. The videos didnt help, since the app section in shopify changed, but I found Judge.me and OMG it saved me SO much time... Ron, a rep that works for this app, reached out to me right after I installed it and asked to help me install basic settings and color layouts that matched the brand of my site. LOVED this service, saves time, and now customers can leave solid reviews for my products. Only took like 20 minutes overall, definitley recommend this.

Wow these guys are amazing, i literally installed the app, and was about to set up. Then Ron popped up in the apps chat and asked me if he could assist me to setup. I agreed, and Ron had it all setup and functioning in minutes, all displaying on my website nicely, even matching my theme colors, Ron setup the auto email flow for me. Amazing customer support, nothing was a problem at all, highly recommend. Great app, and incredible customer support! Thanks Ron!!!

So far so good. It's been a couple of months. I just upgraded to the Awesome plan for more functionality. Other than its purpose (in sending out for reviews), I'm most impressed with the customer service, their Chat and their help section. Thank you to your team.

Great customer service, fast installation, easy to use, good support. I even was able to import old product reviews from shopify app

Was not sure about this app but a really great help from the support and Soufiane to make the onboarding with this app helped a lot. Haven't used the service yet just install it but the quick and very helpful support is great. Looking forward to grow with your app. :-)
