Judge.me Product Reviews App

I love Judge.me app. I have not had any problems with it so far. I did have some questions and the rep came on quickly and answered them. I have been with them for a while now and everything has been good.

Nowadays customer service via a human is UNHEARD of. including SHOPIFY!!! If I could give Cesar 10 stars I would! He was so patient with me. I had to install the app, add the code to the theme and export/import reviews from an existing app and he was there every step of the way. Ten ********** for Cesar!! I have 2 other stores on Shopify that I will install this app on as well.

Just added the app (with some help from their customer service team), it looks great on our site and sits well in the store. I was able to import our old shopify reviews and now need to take a root around and look at all the extra options it gives

Excellent service, with much customizable options and features. The free option has most of the core things which other apps need subscription to offer. Their paid plan is also worth it as you're scaling the business because it allows you to have more control. I had a small problem on my website and their client service solved it quick. Very kind and supportive client service! If you're planning to integrate reviews to your business this one is a must have app.

I had a small CSS glitch. They very very quick to fix the code and figure a way to resolve my issue. If everyone had support as efficient as judge.me we would be in a perfect world.

I just downloaded it today, and so far I love it! Super easy to set up, and the customer service rep Andrew helped me install the basic widgets to get started. Within minutes he had the star reviews installed and set to our website colors. I highly recommend
