They solved my issue within couple min.
This was one of the smoothest customer support experiences I had in the past years.

The free version is great, has more features then Shopify did and the customer service is incredible. I had trouble adding code for one of the widget, I emailed the developers and they fixed it for me within 24 hours. Amazing!
