We are very new to the app and we needed a bit of support to begin with but the support team were very responsive and solved the issue straight away. So far so good!

Process took a bit longer than expected but customer service was great and my issue was resolved in one go. Thank you Judge.me customer care team!

I like the app; it's quite simple to figure out independently. It isn't the most organized and simple app on the back end. However, the help department is great and has answered my questions.

Awesome app! The support team is very helpful with customisations as well. The only thing i noticed recently is that there is new UI for the settings and some of the options are missing opposed to the "old UI' and the biggest issue with the old UI is that the save button is missing. Hopefully will be fixed quickly
