I was stuck on the setup, kept getting errors, but on the chat Jess helped me out in just a few minutes. She even customised the color of their widget to match our site. Great service As far as using the app I haven't done this yet, but will soon send out review request to all our previous clients, which seems easy to do.

The most quick, amazing and helpful tech support who can talk you through anything, even if you're a bit overwhelmed and basic. Really happy with the service. And I'm sure I'll find the app easy to use with just a little more practice.

Great app, works well on the free plan, and then in paid plan is a good step up and super reasonably priced.
They are very responsive, and quickly fixed a small issue I had on their end whilst we were on chat. Def worth the 5 stars..

Instant support from Hakima about a really oddball query and fixed immediately. Awesome!

I love this app! It's easy to use and the support group is amazing, especially Jess. :)

Also, the more I use and learn about Judge.me, the more I am surprised by how many things it does.
