Judge.me Product Reviews App

this is a very handy app. The automatic request for reviews is a massive time saver and the Q&A is a must have to save on support tickets. This gives your site a bit of a "Amazon style" review and question system which works great since its what most are use too. Super great customer support as well. Quick answers and support.

Judge.me support is amazing! I had an error with installation and they corrected it immediately and they assisted in verifying the site. Well worth it and I can't wait to see how reviews increase my site visibility and product penetration.

I was having issues with transferring my Judge.ME reviews to my google business page, Tried for hours almost daily for weeks, but it just wasn't working. I contact support and Zakaria immediately jumped to my rescue and walked me through it step by step, but I still could get it right (yes, I am really ignorant when it comes to doing tech stuff). Zakaria asked if I would be comfortable giving user access to my merchant center account, which, after all the help provided to that point, I was. Within a matter of minutes, my issue was resolved. I am more than pleased with Judge.ME and Zakaria. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Judge.me for getting reviews which I have total control over and go directly to my website once I approve and publish them. WOW. I wish ALL app support teams were this efficient, fast and caring.

Love this app! Not only is it easy to work with but any issues I've had (which weren't many) were quicky fixed by great customer service.

I can fully recommend this app. Still using the free version for a small shop. It offers enough settings. Customer service replies fast. Haven't tried the paid version yet.
