Super fast support in case something needs to be amended. So far we are really happy with the app and the available plan pricing as well

Excellent support received when I was having a bit of trouble at the beginning with navigating my way through the app. WIll definitely be using this app moving forward and I've already deleted the previous review app/s I was using.

I've recently added this app to my store https://notboringhome.com so that customers can leave feedback on our home decor. It was simple to install and started bringing in reviews very quickly.

But a few weeks after setting it up, Google notified me of an indexing issue via Console. I contacted support through chat and Louis from Judge.me helped me on the spot (on a Saturday!).

He made sure the Google error was resolved and even helped me discover a few other errors I needed to fix on my end. Top notch support! Never experienced this with any other app. I highly recommend!

The best customer service I've ever received on any of my third party apps with Shopify. The theme concierge team usually responds within minutes and I haven't had an issue yet that they can't solve. I am from Hawai'i and my business is based here -- so naturally my working hours are usually very far behind that of the rest of the world that operates during EST. The Judge.me team offers a personal experience that I can't believe is included complimentary with a free version of the app. Honestly, they're just doing it better than everyone else. Wow, not only is this app the best that is available for the features and price, the customer service by PJ takes this experience to a whole new level. No ticket system here, he responds via email within a short amount of time. He has helped me implement many of the features and has been patient with all my questions and requests! This app is a must-have for any Shopify store.
