In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.

Amazing app and super awesome customer service, they (Jess) even predected what I want to do next to make the app match my theme after going through the store on the spot. and all of that while I am using the free version, now imagine on the paid version!!

I needed help to get reviews working because the previous version of Shopify was no longer functional, and I couldn't fix things myself in the new app. I wrote to them, literally for 5 minutes, and they got everything working in my online store. I'm very satisfied. They also informed me via email that everything was fixed and asked me to check if everything was working as I wanted.
