Judge.me Product Reviews App

Would recommend because customer services are quick and responsive. App helps us with our program features that we need.

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app.

I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.

System not showing my response to customer review. I reached out to support, it was quickly resolved by updating the widget on their end. It would be great to have the option to update on my end.

I would recommend this app to other business owners. It is quite user friendly and works very well. My only complaint is that it has mysteriously become disabled several times now. Luckily Leandro was able to easily walk me through how to re-enable it!

Very limited in the free version. I don't see the need to pay $15/month for a custom email template.
I'd pay once to get it unlocked but the monthly fee is killer on a small, low volume, shop.

Also, PoS transactions don't properly update if contact info is changed, so emails don't go out automatically, and there's no way to manually update either.

I see value in the app, but I have trouble even telling what extra I'd get for $15/month.

On the plus side, support answered my question within a couple hours on the weekend. So that's nice that they're quick to reply.

Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure!

Not the easiest review forms for customers to fill out! 3 Stars.

You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!

I really like this app for reviews. I wish I had a bit more flexibility with wording and colors, but it seems if I upgrade, I'd get that. Support has been great though.

I got nice experience reaching out on the team while i am having trouble on my installation on external platform. They gave me other available advice that can fix my issue.
