Judge.me Product Reviews App

I recently started using the Judge.me Product Reviews App on my Shopify store, and so far the experience has been excellent. The installation was fast and easy, and within a short time, I already received my first customer review! That small moment gave me a big boost of confidence—it's amazing how powerful even one review can be.

Victor was incredibly helpful today and assisted with making sure my questions were answered and the app was installed and working for every product. I really appreciate the assistance and patience. Fingers crossed that all goes well, but for today I'm really excited for the convenience of letting my readers review me on my direct site.

So far, this app has been great at getting customer engagement. I ran into an issue with color change on a button and the chat bot was really good although could not quite get me fixed. transferred me to a live agent and 5min later issue was fixed. You get a lot of options with this app so be ready to spend some time learning what features will best fit your store. And know you get stuck support has been great.

We use Judge.me for both product and shop reviews at Benty Flowers, and it's been a game changer!
The support team (especially Andrew!) is fast, helpful, and really understands small businesses.
The widget design looks clean, and the email features are powerful.
Highly recommended if you're looking to build customer trust and boost conversions.

Excellent app with great support — just one feature I really wish for
Judge.me is a fantastic app. It’s easy to use, flexible, and their support team (especially Andrew!) is incredibly helpful and responsive.
One feature I’d really love to see is the ability to manually mark reviews as Verified directly in the admin panel — not just rely on automatic order-email matching.
Being able to do this would greatly improve trust and conversions, especially in Western markets where shoppers care a lot about authenticity. Hope this gets added soon!
