Judge.me Product Reviews App

Great app ! We receive 4x the reviews than before using the app. Their customer service is also great very easy to work with and get the help you need. Hakima Quickly resolved my issues with adding the star review widget to my online store! 10/10 Service!

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Works great, a standard app to add to your Shopify website. Should be on your launch checklist when launching a new site. Support has gone above and beyond for a small request for customization and they're great.

I needed help to get reviews working because the previous version of Shopify was no longer functional, and I couldn't fix things myself in the new app. I wrote to them, literally for 5 minutes, and they got everything working in my online store. I'm very satisfied. They also informed me via email that everything was fixed and asked me to check if everything was working as I wanted.

We are still learning the app to figure out if it works for our specific needs, but I can say that judge.me support is amazing. They are so responsive and helpful. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
