Judge.me Product Reviews App

I am a big fan for Judge.me software for many reasons, from feature set, to the inexpensive price, to the great support they offer. Ron was great at handling my questions and guiding me through some features to boost reviews requests.

So have to be honest and in my whole life i didn't experience better customer service than on Judge me.

I had an issue of putting my reviews in a collapsible row so it will look nice and polished and i have chatted the support and not only did they guide me . i granted them access and they fixed it. after that it was not fitting on the mobile view i reached out again and they fixed it again in the matter of minutes. Judge me you got 100/10 and a big shoutout to Mohamed :) thanks , youre the best :)

The free option has everything I need as a small startup business. It's generally simple to use, however there was a minor discrepancy with the instructions with respect to my sites file name. I wasn't quite certain where to place it so I started a customer support ticket thinking they would get back to me sometime the next day. Though, I was happy to see Hoang joined the chat right away, applied the code and set it up perfectly for me right away. I was saved a lot of time.

Straight forward to connect and use, had a slight issue with the orginal trigger/api connection but that was quickly sorted, was able to access help chat with someone quickly and they were extremely helpful

The Customer Support team was responsive and thorough! Some of our product pages were not displaying the rewards widgets correctly. They resolved my problem and provided screenshots of how to fix it in case it happened again.

Import was pretty straight forward. Set up was really frustrating because our theme has a weird set up of code. Spent hours trying to find sections. So, i reached out for support. Within an hour, the team had everything set up perfectly. A little back and forth as I was fussy where I wanted the widgets to display. BUT, it looks great and they stuck with me until I was happy with everything. Fantastic support. Works well.
