I would definitely recommend Judge.me to others. The app is easy to use, and if you ever need help or are unsure of what to do next, the support team is excellent!

Best way to build trust and Judge.me just makes it so easy to collect and manage. And the support provided in customising the UI as needed beyond what is available on the dashboard is a cherry on the cake. Super happy with the product!

there is a bug about loading the review pictures, and i seek help to the customer service, and they respond very quick, help me solve the problem, very happy with this service support.

Brian has gone out of his way to help. he sent me instructions but then I couldn't follow them as I'm not at all technical so he ended up doing it for me which i greatly appreciate :) thanks so much

Judge.me is easy to use, and while the free tier plan has bare bones functionality, it still does what it's supposed to, and does it well. If you really want to customize your outgoing emails, or integrate with plugins like Smile.io for rewarding customers with incentives to leave reviews, you'll have to upgrade.

Ann from the support team responded very very quickly to my issue request and had me back up and running with the problem resolved in no time.
