There was a problem with the onboarding but Judge.me has excellent customer service that got it fixed and all set up for me in a day. And, they even imported my reviews from Shop which I had no idea how to do. Thank you very much!

This is my second review of the Judge.me team ... if there were 10 stars I would be giving it today. I had published an updated version of my site and just wanted to confirm that the Judge.me widgets were appearing in this updated theme version. Thanh was incredible. I needed help putting reviews on my Cart Page and I pinged her. Within 5 minutes it was done. Seriously some of the best customer support I've ever encountered.

We recently switched to Judge.me as our previous reviews app closed. Very happy with this app. I had a bit of trouble installing some of the widgets as our theme was unsupported (not at the fault of the app) however Ron was extremely helpful in getting that resolved for us very quickly.
