The app has slowed down the store by solid 15 points. The customer service will tell you how great and site-speed-friendly their app is - well the tests tell it clearly - the app is slowing down the store by a lot, no matter how great they think their app is. My advice - do a pagespeed test before and after installing the app, and widgets, and you'll see it for yourself.
Another thing - after uninstalling the app, they leave all their code on my website!!! I've uninstalled the app, and my speed score has still not fully recovered from before-installing and now I have to go through a bunch of code to delete whatever they've left. I would give them -5 stars, if I could.
UPDATE: The judge me support has spammed me over the last week literally everywhere. On all my personal and business emails, on forums I'm on, - and telegram, which is based on my personal phone number. How they've managed to find it, I have no idea - but it is a huge invasion of privacy. I really wish there would be a rating below 0 in cases like this. Be careful about data protection when being involved with them, I only gave them my business email, so I have no idea how they've found me on other platforms...
Hi, we definitely can run though any speed concerns you may have and help check and remove any leftover code. After uninstalling our app, we lose theme API access so we cannot automatically remove the code from your theme – this is something that affects all apps on Shopify. We can definitely go over your backend if you share some permissions with us, or if you prefer, walk you through instructions about how you can do it yourself. Yep same here, 2 stores with two different accounts even though its paid service messed up our facebook page and our store in general!
There is so much unnecessary. Moreover, why do those who comment and ask questions have to be members of my site? I don't want my clients to be bothered about it. I did not like.

Update: As promised we checked your issue and the size of your feed was too large for our server to process. We upgraded our servers and uploaded your feed to Amazon S3. It's all good now.

Very bad service. Did not answer my e-mail and charge me although I cancelled the subscription. Do not recommended this app AT ALL unless you want to be screwed over.

THIS IS NOT FREE! You have to pay to add your logo to emails or it will have a base template saying "add logo here" sent to your customers.

Maybe there is a confusion here.
Our four default email templates are completely free to use. In these default templates, we get the logo from your store automatically or you can upload the logo to Shopify and send us the URL.
Our custom template is available on the Awesome plan ($15/month) and gives you more customization options.
If you're looking to send review requests that have your logo and match your branding, the default templates will suffice. If you're looking to collect store reviews instead of product reviews, the custom template would work best.

this app was doing great for my site until it started creating false reviews. it was generating bad reviews about my products. had to uninstall. don't recommend

While bad reviews are unavoidable while running an online store, if they are not from actual customers, there are a couple of ways to prevent them.
We offer the Web reviews restriction where you can limit the ability to leave a review to customers who receive a review request only.
Or on the Awesome plan, you can enable our Spam filter to block out spammers.
