Jag behövde hjälp med att lägga till widget för produkter och ändra bakgrundsfärg och textfärg på karusellen men vid kontakt med supporten fick jag hjälp snabbt, inom 5 minuter. Hakima hjälpte mig att lösa problemen med en gång.

I'm a Dinosaur when it comes to technology and didn't know how to download the app successfully or to enable/approve certain permissions.

Ron helped me through the live chat function reassuring me that I was in safe trustworthy hands and it was normal to feel that my store could be harmed by someone I didn't know.
Ron is not only kind, helpful and understanding but very pro-actively helpful too. Ron added some nice features for me like changing the colour of the review page to match my website theme colour and enable the review prompt to appear on the website homepage too.

Nice support

Victor was prompt and very nice. Fixed my exact issue immediately. My only piece of feedback for the app is I wish they exposed some more of the branding colors in the free version (ie body text, date color) in addition to the star color.
