Great app it adds soo much functionality to your website - feedback from customers etc.
However, the best part is the support, if you have an issue you can contact their chat support and within minutes they have a solution, they have provided changes to our code and updates within minutes where others would take days.

We love this app for our store. We've never needed customer service since it runs so easily and seamlessly, but I'm sure it's great as well! It works great with our Theme and looks professional. The automated review emails to customers have been a game changer for our online store. We have received great and valuable feedback. If something is wrong with the product or order, customers have reached out to the review emails which has allowed us to fix issues we didn't even know were happening!
