Judge.me Product Reviews App

Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. I am very satisfied with judge.me

Developer here and love the app, the tech support, how easily it integrates and the value for clients. Def one of those apps that I keep in my installs for all my shopify clients. Well done. I'm not sure how it could be better? :)

I looked at many other review apps for my clients to integrate into their shopify stores and there has not been one issue that they have not been able to solve.

Best review app out there. Works well with google, looks great on the store, and the support is knowledgeable and help is immediate if you run in to any issues. Shout out to Victor in support who was excellent when I needed a hand with some custom changes.

best reviews app. affordable + great. have all the features you need at a price that cant be beat and doesn't rip you off by making you pay based on revenue, etc

Am very happy with this app. I had a great experience with Ann from customer support who spent over 30 minutes on chat trying to fix an issue with the emails going out from the app. This was due to changes made by one of our developers. In the end it required Ann to make some changes to our code to get it functioning smoothly. This was done very quickly and I can't rate them higher for their customer service. Thank you.
