I love the customizability of this app! Everything is user-friendly and has what I need as a first-time business owner navigating everything independently. In a perfect world, this would be completely free (I know wishful thinking, but I love this app so much!). What you receive on the free plan is really helpful too- right now I am testing out the paid plan, which made me realize how worth this app is.

15 USD a month (at the time of this review), packed with features to the brim and has never failed us once.
The cost hasn't changed either since we got it, and they keep adding new features.

Highly Customizable with Outstanding Support!
We recently started using Judge.me, and the level of customization is exactly what we needed for our store. From adjusting the review widget to match our branding to configuring how reviews are displayed, everything is super intuitive and flexible. The options to include photo and video reviews also add a lot of value!
What truly stands out is their customer service—it’s been top-notch. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, the support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We’re excited to see how this app helps grow our business further!
Iʻve been on judge me for a few years. Getting set up was very easy. I hadnt logged in for awhile and I was blown away at how many reviews I had collected. When I was logged in the chat box opened up and a judge me representative named Han asked me if I needed any help. I was surprised and explained I was just looking around and exploring my reviews. I asked if I could set up a time to meet with someone to learn about the app. She said she could help me now if I wanted. Again.... she reached out to me! I was blown away. Han did a quick audit of my site and made sure the code was installed correctly. She fixed some little errors with my template. It was so fast and so easy. Amazing customer service. I am very satisfied with judge.me
