I am extremely disappointed with the Jump app. Despite their grand promises of revolutionizing affiliate marketing, this app falls drastically short of expectations. They claim to provide brand ambassadors, influencers, and direct sellers with personalized storefronts to curate favorite products, share promo codes, and add photos/videos. However, none of these features worked as advertised.
Please stop leaving bad reviews for purposes of getting us to buy good reviews. We see in our app logs you have not used the app nor tried communicating with us to get help. All our features work as expected, and if there is any bugs. We are happy to help, simply reach out to us.

The app works fine - this app company/process is horrible. I tried it, installed it and deleted it before the trial. Typically when this happens, your account is deleted as well. However, mine was not. I have to contact the company to delete and unsubscribe my account - ok. But through the app store there is no way to get a hold of them. I had to go through shopify help to get to them, and i don't even know if i was sent to the correct spot. Really poor process and customer service to make people jump through hoops to try to find you to unsubscribe.
Hi Bigfoot Graphics - We apologize for any inconvenience. As mentioned and evidenced on an email, you uninstalled after the 14-day trial which is why you were charged. We are happy to still refund you. Also, we have a Support page on our main website, www.readytojump.co and also have a Support button on our Jump Dashboards at the very top. That said, we will see how we can best enhance our communication options to make them even more accessible. Have a nice 2024 and please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
