Junip Product Reviews App & AI

I've tried a few other reviews apps after trying Junip for the first time a few months ago, and this is the best app for my needs! I like its simplicity, the good amount of customization, and also the fact that they recently added translations.

Beautiful and easy to use app. However, every time I try to open the Junip platform through Shopify, it slows down my browser to the point that it crashes and I have to force quit. Very frustrating at times.

Junip has been a game changer for our business. Onboarding and setup was quick and easy, and the team was super helpful! The on site customizations and appearance is great for any Shopify theme. When we struggled to find a way to remove unhelpful reviews or reviews that a customer wanted taken down, Marcus quickly helped us resolve the issue. I would totally recommend Junip to anyone wanting an upgrade to their reviews software!

Junip has been a godsend! We got off a competitor's offering, in favor of Junip for 1/4th the cost. There are so many more features, the UI is a lot cleaner, it's super affordable, and the automations are top-notch! We have noticed a HUGE uptick in the volume of reviews we are receiving, and keeping everything under the 3rd party Junip platform has helped generate a lot of trust with current and potential customers on our site.

The team is super responsive to feedback and questions, but overall the real selling point and reason to switch to Junip is its simplicity and affordability. 5 stars, we will be a forever customer.

We recently switched from Yotpo to Junip and it’s been a huge upgrade. The app is simple, reliable, and the widgets look great out of the box. Their support team helped us through the full migration and was quick and thorough the whole time.

Update: I was having trouble with all of my reviews posting to my website. Marcus at Junip was diligent in his support and provided me with an easy and exact solution. His support was so speedy I wonder if he sleeps!!! Highly recommend this app extension for your Shopify online store.
