Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

Fantastic tool, so easy to use and beautiful design on store and emails. When needed, support was fast and super friendly. I'm still on the free plan (which is great, btw) but looking forward to upgrade. My only wish is for custom questions feature to be available on the essentials plan, it would be amazing to have it without upgrading to such a big plan. Either way, still sticking to the app because it's the best so far. Thank you, guys!

Junip has been great! The review collection process is seamless and the dashboard for merchants is very user friendly. The Junip team is also very helpful and easy to work with.

Junip are just fantastic!
We moved over to Junip at the end of last year, and their communication and platform are 10/10.
Any issues, we just jump online and we get a response within 5/10minutes, it's brilliant!

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for almost a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

I've been using Junip for a few months now - no complaints! Their customer service is excellent! Switched templates and had some issues, which they were able to fix for me within a few minutes. Really appreciate the support.

We are a very particular group and Junip is by far the best review / UGC solution available. It's catered to companies of all sizes and great for brands who care about their image. Support is amazing and the process can be compared to what Apple would make if they made a reviews app. Seamless and easy to use.
