I just started using it, don't know much about the app but it was easy to setup with the step guild i was given

Seems to work similar to other review apps. Clean look on site. I haven't seen a pickup in review rate from something like Stamped and this is more expensive. The most frustrating part is the black box to Google reviews. I've had this app over 6 months and it still doesn't show up in Google Shopping. That was one of the selling points that has proven to be not easy at all as titles don't line up as you normally optimize titles in your merchant center to be unique to the keywords you want to target, not to match your store. Junip says its connected, but you as a store owner can't see or have any control over this.

Great onboarding. It's refreshing to work with a smaller team after years working with a bigger provider.

Helped switch us over from Yotpo easy peasy. Easier UI than Yotpo, cheaper, and came highly regarded from a friend of ours. Don't wait, make the switch!
