I really like the Junip app! I love the sleek look of the reviews section that blends seamlessly with my theme. It's so awesome how I'm able to customize the features to coincide with my brand. Setup and integration was very simple, and everything looks so professional. I'm a total newbie on Shopify, so I don't have any reviews, yet. But using the Junip app has made me that much more excited to get that first review. The app makes it easy to place the reviews section wherever you'd like it to appear within your theme. Thanks to the devs for making a free plan available. Since I'm just starting out, I'm not generating profit to afford a paid plan, so being able to use the app for free is so wonderful. However, once I am making a profit, I will no doubt upgrade to a paid plan to support the creators of this awesome app! I'm very happy with the features the app offers. You can add an entire page that displays your reviews. You can create automations in which an email will be sent to customers after they've made a purchase, it will ask them to write a review. For that feature, you're able to customize the timing of the automation, which is great. Thank you again to the developers, this app is amazing!

We have been using another review app since we started and over time the app got more expensive and metrics related to reviews have been subpar. Been meaning to switch to a different review app but it's been on the back burner because of the amount of work that is required. However, Junip made it extremely easy to switch with their white glove onboarding support. Malvina in particular has been tremendously helpful to migrate from the old app and configure Junip to our specific needs. We could not have asked for a easier onboarding process, time will tell if Junip can deliver better performance but we are extremely confident in the team.

Great support and implementation help. The app itself is simple to navigate, and appears to be relatively lightweight in terms of its footprint on our store. It's missing some of the bells and whistles that the like of Stamped and Yotpo have (i.e. customer Q&A, UGC management is fairly basic), but in some ways that's a good thing. I think over time Junip will continue to improve, as opposed to the other platforms I mentioned, which just seemed to get bloated, and unreliable over time. Being able to send the review requests from Klaviyo is great, and Junip's mobile-first approach seems to resonate better with our customer base.

Junip is marvelous. Very easy to install and get set up, and the back end is very intuitive. It looks great on our site, and the experience for people leaving reviews is very smooth. I highly recommend migrating to Junip if you're not happy with your current reviews provider. Very affordable, and frankly it functions way better than other review platforms I've used. It's rare in my experience for a Shopify app to work this well right out of the box. And their customer support is beyond stellar. Great work team, keep it up!

Intuitive and fast for building social proof out the box! I was set up and integrated within no time and was able to push reviews based on customer order history. The emails generate an itemized list of products they have purchased and upon receiving a confirmed review, an incentive discount is sent. Clean UX and plays nice with our site thanks to our team at Baggy [who referred us!]

5 stars for superb customer service alone. I left a review due to some issues I was having with connectivity and showing my review (that I was able to rectify), but the change is my review is based on Marcus C who wrote me MORE THAN ONCE to make sure I felt supported. You don't find that level of support for a business as small as mine. Not only did he offer to support me himself, he left instructions on how to follow up in the future. Things happen, technology fumbles, but customer service goes A LONG WAY with me. Junip has a gem with Marcus C. Thank you!

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for about a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app.

The Junip platform and customer service have completely amazed me. Previously we used a larger company (who shall not be named), that was triple the price and promised the world, however, their customer service was non-existent. Stuart and Malvina have been incredibly helpful in not only the setup of our new platform but have already initiated the Google syndication process and our platform is now collecting 3x the reviews DAILY than it did with the other platform.
As a company, social proof is everything and the Junip platform makes it easy for customers to upload photo/video in their reviews as quantifiable UGC on your product pages!

Nothing but great things to say about Junip! The team were super helpful in consolidating and preparing all our previous reviews as well as linking both stores together. The review UI looks fantastic, and the backend works well without any issues. We are loving Junip and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a review partner!
