I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.
A really good review app and well priced so no matter where you are in regards to your store it has a lot to offer. Support goes above and beyond for any issues you may be having whether it be installation or use.
Leah was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was having with sending review emails to our customers. She quickly identified the problem and provided a solution. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she followed up the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly.

We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. Exactly what you want in a review app. Simple, affordable, great features (w/o it being overloaded), and a clean design. They also have fantastic support (shoutout to Stuart). I've used a couple different apps in the past and highly recommend Junip!

Junip is really user friendly and syncs to our shopify seamelessly. We've been happy with this app so far and our customers find it really easy to leave a review. We've run into a few technical issues and Leah has been so helpful and responds promptly and was able to fix our issue in a very timely manner.

We love Junip. Great customer support, friendly staff. They hold your hand throughout the entire process and make set up so easy. It is a full service app that is very user friendly. Highly recommend. Increases conversion better than most other Apps that we have tried. It is a great way for customers to provide feedback and allow us to ensure a great customer experience.

Junip has been extremely easy to integrate with our Shopify site. Not only that, but their team of onboarding experts was extremely supportive in getting us correctly set up. Would highly recommend for product reviews.
