Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

This app is top notch! Very easy to use and looks great on our site.
What also sets it apart from the rest is their customer service / support. I had an issue with one review with some images not showing and they fixed it within 5 minutes of me contacting them. Great company!

Just started using Junip, but really impressed already! The forms are unreal, and as a bonus they also have the Google review snippets too.

This app is amazing. I got reviews right away from customers in the middle of the night. The interface for both me as a merchant and my customers is modern and refreshing and fully customizable. Their customer service is so quick and helpful, they resolved my issue in 5 mins. 10/10 recommend. I might even make a Tiktok/Youtube recommending it.

I'm still a small store, but I've worked hard at collecting reviews and Junip makes it very easy! They have a nice free plan for getting started. I like collecting reviews via QR code, direct link, and of course the automation that emails customers after purchase. Junip - help us little guys out with more feature access so we can keep learning how to optimize the store of our dreams!

The Junip platform and customer service have completely amazed me. Previously we used a larger company (who shall not be named), that was triple the price and promised the world, however, their customer service was non-existent. Stuart and Malvina have been incredibly helpful in not only the setup of our new platform but have already initiated the Google syndication process and our platform is now collecting 3x the reviews DAILY than it did with the other platform.
As a company, social proof is everything and the Junip platform makes it easy for customers to upload photo/video in their reviews as quantifiable UGC on your product pages!
