Justuno ‑ Email & SMS Pop ups

So far this app has been great. My store has not had enough success yet to be able to use one of the paid plans. Justuno has been working well apparently. However, I just discovered one of the popups was too big on smaller screens, and apparently the "x" was out of the screen, not reachable, so the customer could no opt out of the offer, yet his screen was all blocked out. I think I can fix this by changing the size in the editor, but was hoping this was a bit more automatic.

This app is good and working well for us. We can create pop-ups that are tailored to both phones and computers screens.

So far I like this app. I think some of the instructions could be written with greater detail to make understanding easier for a novice. If you email them it seems they can only answer your emails once every 24 hours, which makes it a long slow process to get some help if you are in a hurry. From now on I will use the online chat.

All working well and its easy to manage after a while trying!

Set-up process for a beginner is a bit confusing but looking forward to the uses.

ONE star missing for non image compression

Works well when set-up but very complicated to get started. Customer service does reply but usually after a long wait. It's been a frustrating 2 weeks trying to set up some simple pop-ups!!!
