Justuno ‑ Email & SMS Pop ups

Absolutely awful, had 2 pop ups (one desktop, one mobile) that I had set up that were enabled live that i thought were working for months and then I check the app and they are not I have missed out on hundreds of potential emails from store visitors by it not working as it should have.

Awful. I used this app on a paid plan, have asked twice for them to cancel the plan since they don't allow you to cancel in the app (hate that) and they still haven't done it. What is going on?? Cancel my plan! EDITED: they responded here saying they followed up via email, but never canceled my subscription! Just do what you're supposed to do. This is not rocket science.

I wanted to improve the overall popup experience and getting stronger upsell results. but it turned out on a slow onboarding experience, the editor UX is really primitive.

The worst. App doesn't save campaigns correctly and I have to keep going back over and over to fix them.

App doesnt show up in our store, we have emailed customer service 10 times. The only response we get is that we need to reinstall the app (which we have done already) and that the code is not showing up in our theme. We use a shopify theme and they tell us we need to fix our code?
All other apps works in our store just fine

While the product seems promising, it's falling short in far too many ways.

My review is based on my experience with the managed services offered by Just Uno, I haven't actually used the software because after two months and $2000 spent I haven't even got anything in hand to use yet.

Extremely slow and there are a lot of bugs that make me crazy !!!!!!!!

This has been slowing our site down to a 7 second load time. I will be pausing use until they figure that out.

Be careful, it is not easy to cancel your account if you need to. I tried to cancel my account several times, it takes me two months to finally cancel my account. First time, when I contacted them to ask how to cancel account, I was told I can do it in my Justuno account easily. I tested it's effectiveness on exit intent pop up and couldnt even get it to pop up after multiple tries. Going to try something else.
