love the app
We're so pleased you're happy with the app. Thank you for the encouraging words!
It does not work outside of its default URL for Facebook, so I couldn't connect the Facebook page I wanted to draw reviews from. I updated the URL and it just kept spinning and spinning, never creating the review posts.
We’re really sorry for the trouble you had connecting your Facebook page. There was a temporary issue affecting URL validation and review syncing, which may have caused the loading issue you described.
The good news is - it has been fixed. We also tried reaching out but didn’t receive a response. We’d be happy to assist you directly if you would like to try again. Just contact us via the in-app chat or at hi@kaktusapp.com
Thanks for your feedback - it helps us improve the app for everyone!
Best regards,
KaktusApp team
Easy to use and nice customization options. Loading time of the widget is not the best but it works nicely.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
