Kaching Post Purchase Upsell

I really recommend all Kaching apps! I am able to do things with 1-2 apps that otherwise would have taken 5+ or a $500/mo one. For the price, this is truly the best and not to mention the customer service is phenomenal.
I got Thomas today to help me with my issue, he responded <5 minutes and we got it sorted out in minutes. Thank you!

We're a two-man team running several stores, so anything that needs a
developer is dead on arrival. This one didn't, offers were live the
same day with no theme edits on my side.

Erikas is the reason it stayed easy. I asked for changes the app
settings couldn't do and he went in and wrote the custom code himself,
got it right, and didn't make me repeat myself to get there. That's
not something most Shopify apps will do for you.

We've tried a lot of apps for our Shopify store, and Kaching's apps are easily some of the best. They offer so many different options for bundling and upsells that it's easy to customize the experience to fit your products and brand instead of using a one-size-fits-all solution.

The customer support has been incredible as well. I had a question, jumped on their live chat, and within two minutes Dominykas responded. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and gave me clear, straightforward instructions that solved exactly what I was trying to accomplish.

Beyond the functionality, the app looks great on our website. We regularly get compliments from other store owners about how clean and professional our bundle offers look. It's affordable, easy to use, and has delivered a strong conversion rate for our store. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their bundling and upsell strategy.

I ran into an issue with Bundles. At first, I thought it was a product defect—especially since the problem was occurring online and significantly impacting my revenue. Decent app, shame there is no HTML option to add to customise the upsell but overall it is pretty good. Customer support has been helpful with resolving my issues. Paul has been a massive help, good to talk to, quick fixes and very friendly

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. While Kaching's other apps are great, their Upsell app received an update that removed many of the features from the previous version. When it comes to the Thank You Page, the Kaching Upsell app feels unfinished and is missing essential functionality. In general, the styling options are also very limited.
