So far it's been incredibly quick and easy to install and setup. Haven't tested my first sale yet, though, will update after a few sales go through.
This app looks great. I didn't understand an aspect of it so used live chat and they talked me through what I needed to do. It all works great now.

This is the only free pre order app and it has exemplary customer service particularly from Vitalii who I dealt with.

Had a Few issues getting it setup. but customer support helped me right away. and even adjusted some things so it would be a better fit for my site..

Ottima app, completamente gratuita una rarità. Fa quello che deve le indicazioni del tutorial non sono chiarissime, forse è anche colpa del mio inglese non proprio brillante, ma prontamente il servizio cliente ti guida e ti aiuta per far funzionare tutto. La consiglio!!

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order. By far the best low cost back-order app out there.
