Wonderful customer service that helped us fix a small issue quickly. This app was easy to use and we were able to create a pre-order for some of our seasonal and holiday products. Highly recommend!

Awesome app so far. My business is just getting started and I wanted to implement pre-orders. Needed a little assistance with my store's back-end to get it working properly, and Vitalii with Kaktus helped me out. I'll provide an update on its progress as I plan to use pre-orders for each launch to cut back on supply cost.

I needed some help with the button and they were able to get it right in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the help tremendously.

It was actually pretty easy to set up. I was confused at first but then it became pretty intuitive.

I had a hiccup in gettting the widget to finally activate but even at 6:30EST there was a customer service rep in the chat ready to help me.

Liubava went to work, fixed the problem and it popped right up! I'm hoping for great things now! :)

I have a complex theme, but the support team skillfully adapted it to match my specific requirements and preferences. A very nice app.

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.

So far so good the support is great and I am able to contact and get a reply quite quickly

Customer service was easy to reach and quick to respond. The app is pretty easy to set up and most of all its free.

I have tried two other apps and this is the only one that I could customize to my liking. It's a solid and not finicky like other free options.
