Customer service on this app is absolutely top! Andrian, from the support team, promptly replied to all of my questions.
In terms of functionality, it gets the job done but it can definitely get improved. The fact that the product quantity needs to be set to 0 and you have to manually track the orders from the Kaktus app is kind of of a thumbs down for me. This app does get the job done though. Another thing i think it can be improved is the way that the widget gets loaded into the DOM. It should probably get loaded during page load and not after. That way , when loading the product page, everything displays smooth and you won't see the pre order button replacing the original buy/add to cart button

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order. By far the best low cost back-order app out there.

Stellar app + stellar service = winning combination! The app is a lifesaver as I had some issues with a different preorder app that crashed my site thus I found my way to greener pastures with Kaktus!!! This is sooooo user-friendly, easy to setup in very little steps and with much ease. The interface is easy to handle and really only takes about 3-5 minutes to setup. I had a few custom design/functionality questions and with the simple use of the chat interface, I was up and running in under 3 minutes!! A COMPLETELY different experience from the previous app I installed and quickly uninstalled.... this one is definitely a keeper! Keep up the great work and thanks for supporting us small business owners!
First off, this app is FREE. I've browsed so many preorder apps and they want to charge monthly AND an additional fee when you sell a preorder. I downloaded the Kaktus app and had an issue (on my part, not theirs) and customer service was so quick to help and respond. They helped customize a few things for me so my preorder button would work. I haven't fully used the app yet as far as receiving orders so I can't touch upon that however so far everything other than that is working and the dashboard/edit options are really easy to navigate/self-explanatory. If you have any questions or need help they are great to work with!
