This app was very easy to integrate into my shopify store and use on my preorder products. I did chat with Adrian at the help desk for a super quick fix (products need to be out of stock first) on having the banner pop up on the website. Adrian was very helpful!

I had an issue with the CSS, and it was resolved quickly. You can't beat quick and responsive customer service.
