The experience with the app and the technical help has been great.
Very easy to install and work with. We had a small set up issue but that was an easy fix. Excellent customer service!
Not a fan of the preorder process, it automatically placed the orders after 24 hours. But the app itself is easy to navigate & when I ran into an issue and needed customer service, the employees were of huge help & fixed my issue.

Great app! Very easy to set up but we did have a minor issue of having it pop up on our item page. This was easily fixed with their help. Good service and responsive, thank you.

Impressive functionality for a free app and does exactly what I need. Customer service even provided a little customisation and did so within a few minutes of my request. It remains to be seen how the app performs on my store in the longer term but my initial impression is great. Note: Inventory quantity must be set to zero and "continue selling when out of stock" must be enabled for the app to function correctly.
