Very easy to use. The app is easily integrated with the website and it quickly gives all the options to each situation.
Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.
I have recently set up a website for my book and I was having some trouble setting up the PreOrder function. One of the agents, Liubava, really took the time to help me and I really appreciated it. Lovely service so far.
Just started using the app but so far It works like I want and have some cool features I might use later as my site grows
Once I understood how to navigate through the app, it was pretty easy to use. I haven't had a person use the presale option yet but I'm excited to see it in action.

It was actually pretty easy to set up. I was confused at first but then it became pretty intuitive.
I had a hiccup in gettting the widget to finally activate but even at 6:30EST there was a customer service rep in the chat ready to help me.
Liubava went to work, fixed the problem and it popped right up! I'm hoping for great things now! :)
Quick and easy. It works exactly for what I needed it to and it is free. Also, the customer support was fast.
Very responsive support. Initial setup was a little confusing, but the support was great. Got everything done and setup via chat in less than 10 minutes!
