We've been running our store for many years and have used a spreadsheet and then Trello to track our order progress/status. That was laborious and time consuming. But having Kanbanify COMPLETELY changes our workflow and makes things SO much easier to have everything in one place in Shopfiy, syncing straight to the orders and the Kanban board.
